Got laid off earlier this year . Received an offer from a staffing agency paying around 110k/year (almost 50% dip on the base pay) . No bonus no stocks being offered. P. S : I am on H-1B visa with 60 days critical period running. Should I take the offer and continue with my job search or just decline this offer and continue my search ? Old TC : 280k
