Affected last week at Cisco and fortunately I got an opportunity in another company for lesser offer happened fast because of an immediate opportunity by luck. Current CTC : 185K with 150K RSUs in Bayarea New CTC : 150K and 10K relocation expenses and no RSUs and I need to move to East Coast NJ or VA states Visa status : H1B visa Have time till June mid for my visa to be extended and my new company wants me to join As Early as possible . As of now I’m seeing that I’m not getting any calls also since 1 week of layoff. Do you think I should shut up and accept this offer and relocate or else still keep trying ?
Take it. Now. Dont be an ass. Congrats on the new job. Also - apply cisco via internal portal , just incase

You gotta take it buddy. A lot of Americans have been laid off recently and are desperate.
Take it
I agree take it, but am I understanding correctly you got a new gig in a week?!
