Got referral for Apple, but never got email

My friend, who is apple employee, just made a referral for me for a position at apple. He got an email saying that the system will send me an email as well to complete the process. However, I didn't get the email. I am sure he did it, because I sat with him to complete the whole process, and he also showed the email he received. He did it for me last time as well for another position, and I didn't get email either last time. But I wasn't sure if he completed last time. Does that happen to anyone? if so, what should we do? #referral #applereferral
