Amazon hires me and I do a good job Lays me off and only because of tenure and the market and that all the 11K others are laid off too Turns out they marked me as a performance issue which I know is false (companies do that in order to get a write off as a loss for taxes) Need a job since FAANG oversaturated the recruiting market so I apply to their Warehouse Rejected because my “performance” as a recruiter was not good which will affected me stacking boxes Worked at a movie theater and tried Whole Foods 2 days ago and a year after the layoff and same thing. My ability to “not recruit” can trickle down to selling organic food 🍎 Gotta love Amazon! #severance #layoff

I called in and ask Hr and they said performance issues, when I asked for more details they said they can’t disclose that which is weird since it is my file
