Grab Senior PM offer
Hello, got an offer from Grab Singapore for G4 Senior PM position. Base 144k/y sgd Bonus 15% Stock 50k/4y sgd Signing 10k sgd What are your thoughts? Should I be aiming for G5? TC165k usd (US based), yoe 6 #grab
For G4 it is Top of the band offer. You moving from US to SG ??

I doubt if Grab will offer G5 at 6YOE. People with much more exp are offered G4 level. Also, why would you prefer G5 aka more Responsibility for same perk when offered G4 with Top Band pay and higher chance to grow when promoted to G5 in 2/3 years. I assume its because you moving from US they are adjusting the pay accordingly.
agree this is top of band offer. why need to aim for G5? you can start at G4 with good compensation and lower expectations
top of band I think, I got same level but 12% lower TC overall
Is this a TC downgrade?
