what would you choose if you were offerred same TC(with existing fmv for grab stock) but sde2 in amazon and senior dev in grab? Given lay offs are done - should I be optimistic about grab’s future and stick around or go to amazon?

Amazon stock is quite high already so I don’t think I’d get any advantage for that.
Could amazon stock double? Probably but challenging. Could Grab double valuation to 28B? Unlikely
What time horizon are we talking about? Grab will more than double over time based just on the growth of SEA alone, let alone all the stuff the company is doing to grow and become profitable.

Operation heavy. Company focus all moved to Singapore. Seattle site has lost there grass since Theo, previous CTO left. Plus, given how expensive US engineer is, u will most likely have higher risk when another layoff comes. Ride hailing isn't gonna recover in any time soon, please don't argue me about this. And there r more.....
