Grab vs microsoft in banglore
If work and job security is a priority then which option is better ??

Even if you receive better benefits in Grab, I find it weird to work on a consumer product which will be used by some South East Asians but not by an Indian(because of market). I don't see much motivation(except quality Work) for working there as an "Indian citizen".
But in MS i will get to work on projects that are already build up and now only maintainence is required plus the technology stack is also very old like .Net

Get MS on your resume. This will help you to get interview calls from almost every company under the sun and hence, will make your future job search much easier.
Not Ms, It has negative feedback about their work being stagnant, especially for recent grads.
MS has resume value and makes future options easy, but nah you can always get referred. Learning is important rn.
They have good library and other learning resources. If you want to learn you can.
