8 is swe, I forget the bonus, 10% maybe 10 is senior swe, first level manager, 15% target bonus 11 is lead swe, senior manager, 15% target bonus. This is where most people get stuck on the ladder. It’s fucking limbo. 12 is principle swe, director, 25% target bonus Above this gets very hard to attain. I think 35% target bonus at 13 (managers), 89 (technical), iirc. Movement sucks at Cisco once you reach 10. And, they don’t give teams enough for decent raises and bonuses for all. They expect 40-60% of people to underperform. And the higher you go, the smaller of a percentage raise you get, compensated by RSUs. WLB is great, though 😂. Once you reach lvl 10 it’s a great place to DGAF.
