Growth PM hiring
I am looking for a growth PM for my team. Seems like a hard hire as I have some very specific search criteria - strong analytical background with experimentation mindset and can move fast. If you want to attract top talent you should let them know more details like the company, industry, an idea of compensation they could expect etc.
