Grubhub remote possible?
Is it possible to start as hybrid and convert to fully remote? do they change your salary? how much? #hybrid #remotework #wfh

ultimately it is a game of chicken right? you move, say you have to for some reason, are they gonna fire you? depends how much of an asset to the company you are probably. I am sure you could get away with it, at least for a while. Salary is based on location, if you move somewhere re really cheap they might lower it but there is a limit how much they can lower it. doubt they would even lower it maybe just no raises for a while.
