UIPath: good or bad company to work for?
Been approached to apply for interview with UIPath based in Europe as a customer success director, wasn’t looking for a new role but interested in the technology and the role. Glass door reviews are pretty mixed (well more negative than positive), wondered if anyone can give the inside scoop? Ideally related to Europe/London but interested to get feedback on the company in general. Thanks!
Fantastic company, but huge volume of work. Lots of internal opportunities with incredible growth.
Very bad interview experience. The culture is socks ( much worst than Microsoft), they treat humans like commodity, as soon as you are not perfect in one of your interviews, they will stop the interview and ask you to leave. Their behavior doesn't reflect their values. I wouldn't recommend anyone joining them.

I see typically overwhelmingly positive feedback on Glassdoor atleast Indian version of the site.
