Recently given an interview for a dev manager role with Amazon, Vancouver. Recruiter came back saying they are not extending offer because of minor gaps but won't share details. She was encouraging to apply to other groups in Amazon. I am not sure how to interpret this..should I even consider her suggestion and if I do, I don't know what went wrong in the first onsite interview..any guidance ??
No point in retrying. I usually play it like this: comp X doesn't extend an offer? I will never bother again, ever with comp X. Played out quite nicely so far.
