Guidance on SAP & GRC Security career path

I have 8+ years experience in SAP security and GRC domain and worked in different service companies in India & USA. I have not done any certification yet but have worked in all modules of SAP security including the latest (ex- Fiori). I want to upskill myself and eventually want to move to manager position. Can anyone please guide me whether I should do some certification or online MBA to achive my goal. TC -110
