Peaceful Protest Hasn’t Worked and Has Been Met With Aggression.
I’ve just been offered an interview at Gusto for a Compliance Analyst position. I was wanting to know from any current or former employees how the work/life balance and overall work experience is there. If I’m offered the job I’ll be leaving a job at Santa Clara county and want to be sure this place is worth leaving such a stable position.
Not worth it. Horrible culture and leadership.
Better WLB than most other companies. I like my team, but can’t speak for others
Same here. Gusto has its own problems but so does every other company
Make the jump, there is a good WLB
Work life balance won’t be a problem - nobody works past 5. Many don’t before either

How many days a week in office are you required to work? I’d be coming to SF from the eastbay which is gonna be a bit of a pain. I’m currently hybrid but would rather be fully remote.
Can anyone refer me for a security engineering role at Gusto?
Remote?
No hybrid
