Guys I need a referral I have around 4 years of experience ? I need to get into a good company please help

So I just started a a new job 5 months ago but the work load is lot we are 2 engineers one lead and me we are doing development work on two new applications and the sprint sometimes consist of 10 Jiras with minimum 3 points and lot of work. Lead engineer is been here for more than a decade but he’s not helpful he knows lot of the application but yet he’s annoying old and doesn’t even help with some problems from legacys apps. I’m actually dealing data coming from 6 differents apps. Therefore, please if you guys have can help me out to earn more and work in a good company that has good work balance. Thanks 🙏
