Hyland culture
Anyone from Hyland around? Considering to work at Hyland, it used to be among the top 3 best tech companies to work for. Looks like they lost the lead recently. Any comment on the culture, pay, perks, bonuses, wlb? Any comment on specific teams? Heard about weak leadership and lack of pay adjustments.
I worked there for almost three years and interviewed again a while back. The pay is very low compared to their resellers. I make 3x what I did when I was there. I was asked to interview for a professional services position and was offered 40k less than what I was currently making. Considering I mentioned my salary requirements to all 8 different interviewers, it felt more like a slap in the face. If you're looking for a management position, you might be ok.
People, culture, career/job path is great. Pay is very low considering. Benefits (maternity/paternity) leave aren’t great either.
