With my regular dev job, I get bored for some reason and just loose motivation to work on anything. Mainly coz I dont see the worth of the thing I am doing, I seriously lack passion as a dev. I dont get excited when you say this impact millions of customer. I think who cares, i am not a businessman. In fact i get demotivated knowing the operation challenge that will come and hamper learning. Although I hate regular dev jobs, but I love coding, using new tech and research. Cracking interviews are easy for me as I have great coding skills ( can easily solve lc hards) and design skills. I have cleared a lot of interviews in my life. Including amazon, hot startups where googlers work, msft, goldman, etc. But I am weird in terms of just leaving things If i find them boring. Currently also I have offer much higher than my current TC, bit I dont want to leave msft coz this is the place where I may find the job I am made for coz of sheer variety of projects. Can someone help me what should i do? I need to find the right job for me.
FLAG also have varieties of project. Hopefully work on some project challenge interesting and new to you. Also find some hobby which can eventually be your new career.
You sound very immature (no offense meant). Your work, whatever it will be, needs to make the world "a better place" in some sense, or no one will pay you. No one is going to pay you if you just enjoy solving puzzles. So talk to your manager (or other teams where you see potential of interesting work), move to the more architecture/design/coding intensive project if your current one is not like this, and remember that you are being paid for the impact, not your personal pleasure.
who said i want personal pleasure. There are ways I cant get that outside work.

thats something I am thinking of. But it wont be a job, it will be a side business at best
