I’m wondering about the culture and knowing what to expect as a software engineer. Looks like my bosses are all aerospace engineers. Don’t know what to expect.#engineering #software #swe
Do you know which program are you joining? New Shepard, New Glenn, Blue Moon, etc.? I think the culture between each program is significantly different.

Bezos companies aren’t exactly known for strong culture. Hope you got a great offer tho
I mean all the guys I talked to seemed great. A little bit of “I know so much” with a couple of guys but they really are rocket scientists.
