Hello, i have a potential trip to Sweden coming up. I was exploring options of extending my H1-B visa stamp at the US consulate there as a third Country National. Has anybody done something similar with positive outcome? How risky is it as compared to doing it in my home country?
The only downside I can see is if the Visa stamping is delayed for whatever stupid reason you might be stuck at the country till you get approval
Yeah. That’s what is my worry. It might be horrible stuck in visitor visa for months in diff country not being able to go anywhere. Probably not worth the risk I guess.
