H1 Transfer: justify how non-CS degree helps in my IT job?
Hi, i have a Bachelors in Electronics Engineering from India. i am doing an H1 transfer now. My new employer is asking for a document to justify how my Electonic Engineering degree is helping in IT job? there were hardly 1 or 2 computer related subjects in my syllabus. i am finding it difficult to map the subjects to my roles and responsibilities. Anyone here has done this before? please advise.. Thanks!!

Most job postings say a bachelors/masters degree in computer science or related field… And for 4 years of college they said 3 to 4 years of experience in the field should be enough ....
Following this post. I have a masters in EE. Had like 4-5 CS course throughout my academic career. Will be moving to a core SW role as well. Curious if H1B transfer would cause any issues or not.
