H1 stamping at US Consulate in Vancouver with baby

Baby is a US citizen. There are conflicting reports on various forums online. Consulate website won’t say anything categorically about infants accompanying parents. My best bet probably ask anyone who’s been to the Vancouver consulate recently (and try to arrange backup baby sitter just in case). Anyone?

Baby, US citizen, in US consulate, no problem. Carry baby's passport.

I sure hope so. There are reports of Toronto consulate not allowing babies with US citizenship to accompany parents for visa stamping. Hence my question for those who have visited Vancouver consulate recently

Microsoft probably has a lot more people traveling to Vancouver for stamping. If you have a min, can some post to your internal group to find someone who’s been there recently? Much appreciated

People who need visas/ stamping can only go inside the consulate. For baby arrange a babysitter.....I was in same situation few years back , so found some babysitter for my kid...also do not take anything besides your documents required they do not have space to keep them
