H1 transfer
Hi guys, I recently got a new offer and my H1B transfer has been approved with new employer. But, the start date of new employer is in January. Can I work for my current employer until end of December even my H1 transfer with new employer is approved?

Yes, you can continue working with your current employer. Since your current H1B with your current employer is valid, you can continue working on that. Multiple H1Bs can be filed and approved for you in parallel.
