H1B- Got laid off from ETS
Hello All, I just got my H1-B after 2 years of RFE-Motion to appeal- Reopen and got laid off since the employer decided to let go the based on salary and age. I worked as a SQL Engineer- Data warehousing/ETL for my team since ‘16. This employer is applying to revoke petition. I would really appreciate referrals or any piece of advice. Company has laid off from acquired department almost 30%.
