It looks like USCIS just announced all H1B results. Anyone from Qualcomm or fragomen who already got an update .... My fragomen portal shows nothing yet but I read on fb groups some people started getting emails from fragomen. https://www.uscis.gov/newsroom/alerts/fy-2024-h-1b-cap-season-updates Tc - 245k Yoe - 4 Edit - actually you can see your results in the portal ... Go to the one with the lottery and then click on show case history -> show all steps. I didn't get selected. #workvisa #h1b #rfe #layoff #layoffs #swe #faang #engineering #machinelearningengineer #amazon #google #meta #facebook #apple #netflix #microsoft #msft #uber #lyft #airbnb #intel #nvidia #samsung
It’s not a priority for them.

Isn’t it too early to close the case? What if there’s another round in August or so?
It’s so frustrating. Could not even focus at work today.
Me too was taking me forever to even write emails
Next question expecting to see here: I got 6 out of 21 applications selected and am willing to work for all 6 consultancies. Do I have to files taxes for all 6 jobs and Is there a chance for one of the manager to find about another?
This!!
dafuk people like you are the main reasons why hard working folks visas are not getting picked, what a piece of crap you are!
What’s the difference between two h1b cases? I haven’t gotten an update yet but for the cap cos status it says that sent for signature and finalizing application
i also see the same status . sent for signature
The registration fees were supposed to increase right, I don't know what happened to that. If implemented in the coming years, it will reduce the number of applications at least a little.
It's not gonna help that much. Consultants will just pass the increased fees to the registers so instead of paying like 100$ for 10 applications, they pay like 2k now? Which doesn't seem that much to have a h1b visa
If they increase the fees to $215 then it will make a difference. Right now it's only $10. Consultancies won't file multiple applications if it's $215. The number is based on the proposed plan which would have passed for this year if the mid terms didn't happen last year. Due to the mid terms, the bill never moved and now hope is it will be in place for next year.
H1b is such a crooked program thanks to the Telugu consultants
No kidding ....
Racebaiting always crazy
