I'm working for an Employer A on H1B visa. I got an offer from Employer B, accepted and H1b transfer was done(but haven't joined B yet). Now, i got an offer from Employer C which I really want to take, since this is FAANG and 1) Do i have to join B and then go from B to C 2) Can i inform B that I'm not going to join them and continue working for A till H1B transfer to C is done 3) Do I have to inform Employer C that my H1B transfer was done by Employer B. I'm also worried about the recent transfers getting rejected. I don't want to get in to a situation where I decline B and transfer to C is rejected. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

1 and 3 are not needed. 2 is all u need to do.
You should seek sound legal advice rather than asking this on Blind.
I did seek legal advice. Posted here so as to know if anyone faced a similar issue
What op is doing is reasonable. Double checking lawyer advice is definitely reasonable. Given the rejections we are starting to see, given the memo that becomes active in September, which will make it easy to deny case in the first look, op is definitely trying to check and double check.
It is really not professional to do this, break bridge for b and small world. But stilll choose wha you like
I know, but I wouldn't do this for any company other than FAANG, since cracking their interviews and getting in is hard
Don’t count your chicken before they hatch. What if something goes wrong with FANG H1B transfer or something else. Accept the offer from FANG. Ask employer B for delayed joining date(make some reason, you need to travel or need more time with Employer A etc). Break the news to Employer A and B when all hurdles cleared and you got the approval notice from FANG. Ofcourse this is highly unethical, but when these companies can do what’s best for them, why can’t you.
thank you, i'm actually considering this option.
Perfect advice 👍🏻👍🏻

There is no concept of transfer. Everyone company files a new petition and the old company revokes their when you leave. As long as your petition from A is still valid (should be if you are still working for them) you can simply inform B that you won't be joining and they will revoke their petition. And tell C to start the h1b process. A will revoke your existing petition when you leave
