H1B lottery transfer to new employer

My H1B got picked with employer 1, but they rescinded my offer :/ Can I use this lottery pick to file my H1B with employer 2 (employer 2 didn't register for my H1B, only employer 1 did) if I have the H1B confirmation number? I think there might be a way to transfer it to a new employer. Check with an attorney. In my case , due to some turn of events I never joined the original sponsor, and entered USA the first time through another employer. But my stamping happened first with the original applied sponsor. Then it was transferred to new employer even before my first USA entry
