H1B sponsorship

Is this risky for me to get denied or requested for evidence with a H1B sponsorship from a startup (4 people in US, and 4 outside US) which just recently (about 5 months) got funded $1 million from mostly angel investors, has only a small amount of revenue, approximately two thousands of dollars yearly?

Does your education/background/experience match the role? How experienced is the law firm representing you? That’s more important than size/revenue/funding.

With such a small team and so little in funding.. I am not sure if this is a good move. Having worked at startups with 25 million funding .. we were on edge all times .. and being on visa makes it hard to deal if you get laid off .. But if you feel convinced that it is a good strong move .. well then March along my friend

A guy above just implied that a good immigration attorney can pull it off. I am not so sure now.

If the focus of your question is only around h1b transfer.. then yes he is right.. most lawyers know how to deal with such things...

You do know Indian consultancies with literally one person gets H1Bs approved.

Hubspot Eahm83 OP Sep 20, 2019

Can you tell me more about that? Only one petition get one approved or Multiple petitions get just one approved? Thank you.

Let them apply. Petition is owned by the company. Worse case it would be denied or rfe. In either way, you would be fine.

Hubspot Eahm83 OP Sep 20, 2019

Why would I be fine? Can you explain further to me, please? I am not good at knowing the process entirely. Thank you!

Just do everything the best that you can do and find a friend who went through the process to double check your work. I understand a lot of this is up to the employer. Still, these are different times so don't rely 100 percent on getting a visa. That may sound harsh but it's reality. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.forbes.com/sites/stuartanderson/2019/09/19/uscis-documents-reveal-the-sources-of-trump-h-1b-visa-restrictions/amp/
