Tomorrow is Monday and I feel
Moving to LinkedIn and on 16th day of PP, dhs site shows RFE but USCIS still on reviewing the case. Feeling exhausted, never thought I‘ll need to endure such a long wait before moving. Now waiting on lawyers to receive mail to know its reason. Current TC: 235k (SDE 2) LinkedIn TC: 330k (inc sign on) (Senior SE) Yoe: 8 with Bachelors in CS. Anyone been through similar situation?
Do not move
My roommate from undergrad got into trouble for this. He only had a undergrad degree and was trying to move from splunk to Databricks and boom.
Haven’t moved but the wait’s excruciating.
How do you check your status on dhs?
Create an account on USCIS. It uses DHS updates behind the scenes and will provide you with case history with each action details.
This sucks maan
True that...
Come home bro! Why suffer all this?
How do you know if the person ( it could be he or she) is from your country? :)
This 123raj posts the same thing everywhere. Come/Go home. Come/Go back to India. Never has a solution to the question. Just a troll.
RFE should clear of , this is standard now a days a lot I saw for good well estabilished companies and good TC’s
Yea, it just doesn’t add up though. Waiting for actual notice now.
330k tc for senior SE that’s great
Unless his sign on 70k or something he must have done the math wrong. Senior highest is 267.5 without sign-on
lol who said 267.5 is highest ??
80% folks get RFE now compared to 20% before .
Yea, I guess but can’t see any reason except the lawyers fucking up and missing a document.
Exact same situation, got the approval yesterday after 20 day wait. Just chill, you will be fine!
20 days after initial filing or after RFE?
Opinions about this - https://qz.com/1323136/a-uscis-immigration-policy-change-threatens-non-citizens-with-deportation-if-they-lose-status/ ?
Is it premium processing?
Yes.
