H1b Transfer
if i start H1b tranfer process with company A & lets say it gets approved. then can I start another H1b transfer with company B before my start date with company A ?
Yeah, you can have multiple employers/petitions for H-1B. But you can only work for one employer.
Not sure that's true. I've seen people on Blind taking multiple checks for some overlapping period of time
Im in similar position. I was put in Pip and given an option to improve or resign . I chose to resign and now i have 60-80 days to find a job as im also on H1 B visa :(
And why didn't you choose to "improve" and look for a job meanwhile?
Because my manager made it clear that if you are looking to do that it won’t be possible and i can lay you off with 3-5 days notice period if i see that you are not improving and just buying time. But if you resign now you can get 3-4 extra weeks . The pip tasks were too tough to accomplish within the timeframe alloted
