What motivates tech billionaires to keep working?
Has anyone been able to get an H1b visa stamp at a US consulate recently in 2020? I am an Indian citizen but I got my first H1b stamp in Vancouver, Canada. I have a Canadian visitor visa for 10 years. Can I use Dropbox for my 2nd H1b stamping in Vancouver Canada without a US consulate appointment? Edit: Canada seems to be closed for visitors due to the pandemic. Has anybody booked appointment at US consulates in Mexico for H1b stamping recently? #workvisa #h1b
Has anyone used Dropbox option in India in the recent past
There are reports of successful dropbox appointments in fb groups. There are also a couple of instances where folks got their visa stamped in Mexico
I'm getting my first h1b stamp and plan to do so sometime in Nov in an Indian consulate. Any recent first time h1b Stampers?
Are you exempted from the proclamation rules ? How are you planning to get emergency appointment?
Yes fragomen said I'm exempted since I have been here in US and the rule should not apply to me. But do I need emergency appointment only? I can't get a regular one? From the US consulate website it seemed like "appointments for h visa" are available
In similar situation here, European citizen. Consulates in Canada/Mexico are closed, and the ones in Europe only process emergency appointments (banking, tech don’t classify). Stuck at the moment without a chance of traveling abroad beyond Canada and Mexico.
Dropbox is eligible only in home country afaik Also Canada is not allowing any visitors due to ongoing COVID situation
If your first H1b stamping was not in home country India, can you do Dropbox for 2nd one in home country?
No your previous one should be done in home country There are Dropbox eligibility rules , check it on usatraveldocs
