H1b approved, h4 i539 still in progress
Hi all, just got my H1b transfer approved after specialty occupation rfe...thank you all! one doubt though my wife’s h4 application filed concurrently in premium is still showing status as “case has been transferred...” since February...is there any reason to worry? Moving to faang Current tc:250k

Thank you! All lawyer asked was detailed job responsibilities along with relevant job experience, relevant coursework and percentage of time on every task. Rest all was supplied by lawyer. Can somebody pls answer query for my spouse’s petition?
It took a few more days for I539 approval to show up on website for me. But, I received H1 and H4 approval notices hard copy together.

Good call. I have an offer from FB as well but there is an RFE and am wondering if I should join on receipt or if it’s too risky. May I ask what was your rfe about and how did you go about addressing it? Which company are you going to?

Any update on h4? I am sorry I won't be of much help. I am in the same boat. Just responded to rfe.
