H1b, laid off today, wife in India

Hi, I just got laid off today. My wife on H4 is currently is India. Will she be able to come back during the 60 day H1B grace period. Thank you. TC - 0

We were in a similar situation. My wife did not have an issue coming back. This is assuming your wife’s H4 visa/I797 has not expired.
