H1b receipt time
Hi, my h1b transfer was filed under premium processing yesterday. How long does it usually take to receive the receipt ?
Max 15 days but mostly be done in 10 days.
1 to 3 days for getting receipt and 15 days for approval in premium processing
USCIS announced that they would start processing only after data entry so 15 days start time would be based on that and they also announced that they will start processing no later than may 20. So it will be June 5 at the latest
You are talking about H1 b masters cap. (New h1) Op is talking about H1b Transfer (of an existing h1)
My transfer was filed on April 1..havent received the receipt yet.. Did you receive yours?
Filled on April 1 got receipt next day n approval today
