I had h1b transfer initiated for LinkedIn through BAL premium processing. Just received RFE on USCIS website. I wanted to know timeline BAL takes to resolve it. Don't know the reason right now. MS and BS in CS. Don't see any reason. Also, have no motivation to stay for current company.Havent resigned though.#h1b #rfe #workvisa
Let lawyers do their thing. Despite submitting all
They take full 90 days to file a reply back. I got an RFE in 2019 for H1 transfer with BAL and my later got rejected. Again I saw no reason. However, BAL applied for a new petition later and got through.
Docs mine sat on it for nearly two months and then received a approval one week after they sent the docs
I got rfe for transfer back in 2018, bal took almost 3 months to reply. They filed the response few days before the rfe response was due. I got an approval a week after that.
Also got RFE, did your lawyers explain timeline?
Didn't get to know the reason yet. How long does it take to get the RFE reason?
I also got RFE for H1B Petition on Friday. Attorney mentioned it takes ~2 weeks for them to receive the RFE Details/Reason.
Rfe transferring to google from LinkedIn
Any update?
RFE for H1 transfer to Apple 😖 my attorneys said it could cost 2 months delay in start date and that they might reason for RFE within 3 business days.
That may be true, I have seen about that much timeline on trackitt for Speciality occupation. If rfe for other reasons that may be faster. Do you know your reason for RFE? I am in same boat
Don’t know the reason yet. I didn’t receive the receipt number. So can’t even check it online. Waiting for attorneys to get back. Don’t think it’ll be speciality occupation.. my BS, MS and past experience of 5+ yrs has been in electrical engineering.
Did you hear back on the reason for RFE? This seems very strange
Yeah, it's specialty occupation. BAL estimated about more than a month to provide detailed response
Wow, not sure what they want.
My attorney mentioned it's quite common these days. The worst part of it is the delay in process
Depends on the RFE. For specialty occupations 2 months is the norm. Sorry about this. Let’s hope it’s something minor
Hopefully. Can't we fast track the process
If you filed in premium, the clock resets as soon as they receive the response to RFE. But these lawyers take their own sweet time, meanwhile your BP and sugar go high. 😔
