H4 (I539) approval
Its been 3 months since biometric was done. Didnt get an approval yet. Current H4 stamping already expired. Cant renew driving license as well. Anyone in same boat?

You can renew DL. They give you a license as if you were an undocumented immigrant but guess what it has longer validity than your I797. In fact, you might want to do that even if you get an approval.

Is the H4 extension filed with H1B? Was H1B extension filed in premium?

Yes it was filed together in premium. But after Apr 1, there is no premium for H4

Yup, my wife's drivers license expires end of Sep and H4 ead expires end of Oct. Biometric was done end of July.
