T-Mobile layoff details?
Heard that T-Mobile had a round of layoffs this week. What’s the tea? What orgs were impacted? How many people were impacted in? #layoff
all org. Its ongoing. Anyone can still get laid off. Till tomm eve. This is more of reduction of duplicate roles. T-Mobile marked 3 years since merger last week (no merger commitments)
Approx 20% of the technology teams were let go.
In ETS, was about 10%
Lots of Management and directors, VPs were also let go. Also ICs and NTWs
Does anyone from HR here know if the layoffs were performance based on just general reductions. What is the reason?
