Good workplaces in Los Angeles?
I’m trying to find companies that have a good track record of being actually good places to work that aren’t toxic. Every time I check Glassdoor for a lot of companies it’s either “RUN DONT WALK” or just terrible workplace culture. A lot of the places where recruiters have reached out are places like StubHub, Ring, Amazon which all seem to be either sub 3.5 or even sub 3 in some cases Yoe: 4 Tc:0
A lot of traditional industries are very chill, but they pay lower than tech unless you become a manager there.
Do you know if any of them sponsor? I would fully take chill and lower pay
I work in the Los Angeles area and the tech market is lackluster. Lots of entertainment and media companies but the TC isn’t as good.
You don't go to Los Angeles for a good work environment. Go work the government if you want a chill job.
