What’s the WLB like at IQVIA? From the looks of it, it seems like a consulting firm. What’s their product/moat? TC : 🥜 #iqvia
They collect all the pharma data, analyze it, and sell the analysis back to pharma companies. WLB Is team dependent but the culture and comp suck in general.
I work at IQVIA, been here almost 3 months now. I'm a remote employee but onboarding and support has been good for a remote worker. The company actually has a ton of great data from years of prescriptions from healthcare providers, drug sales, treatments and clinical trials which is the foundation of various products. They also globally run clinical trials for big pharma. Feels good to contribute to better health outcomes. Can't say much about pay scale at the moment, but I feel there are options for me to move up
TC?
TC is 🥜 don't even bother. Major lowballer
I interviewed with them at one point and know someone who worked their in the past. She said WLB is really good, but otherwise work isn’t very interesting. I think they make some sort of dashboard thing for prescription drug sale data… or something like that.
Any reason why you didn’t take it?
Had far better offers from multiple other companies.
