Good place to work. Lots of job opportunities in different levels and specializations. Positions available across the US #referral #clearance #jobs #hardware #software #management #hiring #recruiting #jobopening
Remote options?
Yes, some. Each job posting calls out onsite/hybrid/remote expectation
"good place to work" ROFL 😂
It’s not the worst but it certainly isn’t the best either. Agreed there’s definitely better good options out there
Good place to “work” FTFY
TC?
NG also lists salary ranges on each job posting
Your TC will be higher if you include benefits btw
Do they help you get a clearance at some point?
Yes, if you get hired, they will put you through the clearance process
I enjoy working here.
How much can a software engineer with 10+ yoe make (Bay Area)? Depending on the pay I would consider. I'm conscious this will not pay like Google, as long it reasonable. Current TC is 450K, but I would consider talking if 340K+
Almost certainly not even close.
You might make 180 if you’re lucky as a T4. Pay at NG is 🐕💩… same goes for all the defense contractors.
Going after the $20k referral bonus I see?
I work at NG and I wouldn’t wish it in my worst enemy. Actively trying to GTFO.
LOL forreals exactly how I feel I mean it’s not the worst though still pays the bills but if you’re an overachiever it’s not the place to be
Go to LM or Boeing for a good 401k program (think both are 10%), Raytheon for a good sign on bonus and tuition assistance. GTFOing will be the easiest thing ever once you see what the other guys are willing to give you.

Do they offer green card sponsorship?
Gonna assume hard no on this one, 99.9% of Northrop jobs require a security clearance
To be honest, I’m not sure. On every job posting, the first line is “US citizenship required for this position? Yes/No.” Most say Yes, but some say No. There are plenty of positions that do not require a security clearance
