A lot depends on the offer itself. I have heard pretty negative stuff about WITCH in general. But again, it may be different on a case by case basis. How much are they offering you ?

That’s a pretty great offer. If it’s more than what you make now and team is good, I see no reason to not accept it. People say stuff all the time, don’t worry about it. Do what’s best for you.

I'd assume those are companies names like FAANG, so Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, HCL
