I used to work for Macy’s (as a retail associate) where I always interacted with Estée Lauder associates who were always polite to me. I wonder where they are now, and if this layoff has affected them. Hopefully it hasn’t, although Macy’s had layoffs earlier this year as well. This one cuts deep.
Guess people don’t need makeup when WFH.
Non tech layoffs need some light as well so that there is healthy indication of rates affecting other sectors

Layoffs now spread beyond tech, as we all saw coming. Sigh
