I graduated last year and currently working as full stack at a Startup in North California and TC is 75K(No insurance, no 401K, nothing). Should I ask for raise and how much should I ask for? #startup #equity

Where in North California? Sacramento may be okay? I mean you won't save much. Bay area no way.... You won't save ! Like 0 Suggest at least 100k irrespective of location. 120k for bay
