Facebook follow up phone interview.
I recently had a phone 45 min interview , recruiter called and asked my availability for second 45 min interview. what was the reason for the second phone interview ? My experience of the first interview was decent 1 medium/hard question. i felt like i didnt do well. #facebook #fb #interview #career #tech

I was an international candidate and I had to do only one phone screen before being called onsite. This was two years ago though.

What were your questions in the phone screen
Most probably the first phone interview was a weak hire call. So the recruiter wants to give you another chance. At this point, I would only focus on the upcoming interview.
