UNETHICAL “LAYOFFS” AT NEW RELIC
management here is unethically PIPing entire teams without warning, making them dance around in circles for bullshit deliverables and firing them anyways at the end of it without severance. 5 people on my team resigned or were fired in the last month, laptop access revoked IMMEDIATELY to the point that mid-HR meeting their laptop restarted and they were locked out. Fucking insensitive pricks - entire company is fucked and culture has gone down the drain. Looking for a new job ASAP, ideally associate level product management #layoff #severance
