Any idea about the salary range for a tech lead? Have 9 years of experience. How is the work culture and the benefits?
Salaries are not as competitive as private sector but definitely negotiate. Culture is laid back and benefits are great. Everyone starts with 4 weeks of PTO

kconpsych1 Feb 27, 2023I worked there a decade. Salary range also depends greatly on location. Work culture is good but there has been and continues to be a lot of change. CEO has only been there a couple of years and there was a LOT of upheaval prior due to restructuring several times and then the pandemic. Benefits are good and really good the longer you’re there.
