For bonus it depends. HPQ “Expert”/Senior level target is about 10% where I am at

You also get a performance bonus (roughly between 3-7% and iirc prorated on your start date if you start before September ) at the end of the year. Rsa vests in 6 years but 401k begins matching after 1 year and 100% vest. So def vanguard if you wanna chill. Or hp if you care about remote.
