I think somewhere between 1 and 3 people have been hired from this pipeline since an online test was added. You aren't going to find large numbers of people with experience here.

No idea but I’ve been told that there will be react specific questions in addition to regular LC-type ones
Yes. These are for internal web-based tools used mainly by quants and traders. While HRT hardly has any traders, these sorts of tools are built internally in all prop shops, for use by QR’s and traders.
