HRs at Deloitte India

To begin with, The talent management system at Deloitte India is pathetic. The HR team always seemed to be in a "It is we who gave you the job, Hence we rule over you" mentality. They do not respond to tech guys, be it in Skype, Teams, or via Email. They don't care. The problem is even interns fresh Outta college placed in HR, donot respond to senior folks. #hrissues
