Samsung Semiconductor Inc. LTIP

Samsung Semiconductor Inc.'s recruiter recently contacted me. He mentioned the compensation package can have LTIP, long-term incentive plan but it is not guaranteed so it won't include in offer letter. I am wondering if there is SSI friend who can share how this LTIP really work in San Jose SSI. How many percentage of workforce can get this bonus each year? I understand it may take several years vest. The reason I am asking is my current job has stock RSU refresh every year. But it seems the LTIP may not be every year. Thanks!
