Can't disagree with comment above. 80% of leadership team is inexperienced and insecure. One VP has been there four years doing absolutely nothing but she is now "chief of staff."
I was referring to your VP in HR. Go look at her track record at Twitch. Getting an entire company to hate you is definitely the right hire for Addepar

I mentioned this in another post but long story short would avoid it. The management is toxic and engineering leadership is inexperienced / terrible. It’s not worth joining this place The tech stack is shit and should have been refactored years ago Overall this is a very mediocre place and the only reason this is succeeding is because addeppar’s biggest competitor is Excel
Definitely not. They recent made poor executive hires. Specifically, they hired one of the worst VPs in her field
